About Procupy

Our mission

Procupy exists to make procurement simple for Indian businesses. For most growing companies, buying is still run on WhatsApp threads, email chains, and spreadsheets — quotes scattered across inboxes, approvals stuck on someone's desk, and no clean record of who agreed to what. We think sourcing the best price from the right vendor should take minutes, not weeks, and that every rupee of spend should be visible, governed, and audit-ready.

We started Procupy because the tools built for global enterprises are too heavy, too expensive, and too disconnected from how Indian teams actually buy — GST, GeM, multi-state vendors, and approvals that need to hold up to an audit. So we built a platform that is opinionated about doing the simple things brilliantly: get competitive quotes, run a clean event, pick a vendor, raise the PO, match the invoice, and pay — all in one place.

Why India-first

Most procurement software is built for North American or European workflows and then bolted onto Indian reality. We did it the other way round. Procupy is built for how Indian companies actually buy:
