Shipping & Delivery Policy
Procupy is online software: nothing is shipped. Paid plans and auction packs are delivered to your account as soon as payment succeeds.

Procupy is a software-as-a-service procurement platform operated by Procupy Technology Private Limited, India. We sell access to online software only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods.
1. Delivery
- Paid plans and auction packs are delivered electronically to your Procupy organisation. They are usually active within a few minutes of a successful payment, and always within 24 hours.
- A payment receipt is emailed to the address used at checkout, and the purchase appears in Settings → Billing.
- There are no shipping or delivery charges.
- If your purchase has not activated within 24 hours, email contact@procupy.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will activate it or refund you in full.
2. Exchanges
Because nothing physical is delivered, there are no returns or exchanges. You can switch to a different plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Goods bought through Procupy
Buyers use Procupy to run auctions, RFQs, and purchase orders with their own suppliers. Delivery, returns, and exchanges of goods bought that way are agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier. Procupy is not a party to those contracts and does not ship those goods.
